This Xactimate estimating system is the industry standard and will also be utilized by your insurance company. Having another source to provide a detailed Xactimate estimate gives our clients a “cross-check” to ensure their scope of work is completely and properly analyzed.
DFW Housing Partners goes a step further. We assess every scope of work with a commitment rarely met by our competition. We use 3D scanning technology to completely document every inch of the loss. When appropriate, DFWHP uses high-resolution aerial technology, along with thermal imaging. We investigate the scope of work with total commitment, then turn field data into our senior estimators. This methodology ensures a higher scope of work estimate and documents the job in more detail. Our estimating methodology empowers the owner to set the scope of the work narrative for their rebuild versus simply relying on opinion.
